From our Tech Hub in Bangalore, we bring together technical depth, scalability, and a global way of working. With deep expertise in integration, cloud, and AI, the hub is fully embedded in SPECTR’s culture, quality standards, and ways of working.
We recruit from the top 5% of India’s technical talent pool, and every Tech Hub team member goes through intensive onboarding in the Netherlands – building the relationships and shared understanding that make cross-border collaboration genuinely effective.

The People Behind SPECTR
Diederik de Lange - CEO
Diederik grew up in an entrepreneurial family, was born in Brazil, and has lived and worked across multiple continents. He brings more than 20 years of experience in senior IT leadership roles, including Program Director for Ahold Delhaize’s Retail Business Services in Boston, as well as leadership positions at ING, NS, Bol.com, Albert Heijn, and the Dutch Ministry of Justice.
A visionary leader with a talent for inspiring teams, Diederik founded SPECTR with a clear ambition: to build a company where deep technical expertise and genuine client commitment go hand in hand.
Erwin van den Bunder - CTO
Erwin is an entrepreneur and technology leader with more than 30 years of experience in IT, with a strong focus on data integration and digital transformation. He studied Civil Engineering in Microelectronics and Telecommunications at the Royal Military Academy in Belgium, and was already Technical Director at the Ministry of Defence in his early twenties.
He founded his own software company in 2010 and has been a key part of Ahold Delhaize’s integration landscape since 2019. Erwin combines strategic thinking with deep technical knowledge, built over decades of solving complex problems in practice.
