About us
Diederik de Lange - CEO
Diederik grew up in a successful entrepreneurial family. He was born in Brazil and lived in different continents around the world. For years, Diederik worked on a project basis in various IT roles and was responsible for a number of IT projects at home and abroad. Diederik ‘looked behind the scenes’ at e.g. ING, NS, Bol.com, the Dutch Ministry of Justice, Albert Heijn and was for several years Program Director for Ahold Delhaize – Retail Business Services in Boston, USA.
With over 20 years of experience in the IT industry, Diederik is an experienced, visionary leader driving growth and competitive advantage in a wide range of industry sectors. With his enthusiasm and energy, Diederik knows how to inspire and motivate people. Together with a team of highly talented IT Professionals, Diederik started SPECTR (formerly BD&Spectrum).
Erwin van den Bunder - CTO
Erwin is a born entrepreneur. He grew up in Belgium and has been living in Austria for years but travels all over the world for various projects. He started his career in IT as a Civil Engineer in Microelectronics and Telecommunications at the Royal Military Academy. Erwin has deep technical knowledge and expertise, is a strategic thinker and is very driven.
As a young entrepreneur in his early twenties, he was already Technical Director at the Ministry of Defence in Belgium. He then held several IT roles and founded his own software company in 2010. As of 2019, Erwin is a key part of the integration team for Ahold Delhaize – Retail Business Services in Boston, USA.
Meanwhile, Erwin has over 30 years of experience in the IT industry with a focus on data integration and implementing digital transformations for businesses.
Pieter Versteegt - COO
Pieter is an inspiring connector and born leader. He knows how to inspire, motivate and make his team work together with his enthusiasm and pragmatic approach. Pieter is passionate about technology and always sees opportunities and possibilities in every situation.
His impressive career started while studying Business Administration. Pieter started at the age of 16 as an order picker at Albert Heijn logistics. After finishing his studies, he quickly grew into different roles as Consultant, Architect, Service Delivery Manager, Enterprise Architect, Program Manager and Director of IT.
